Situated in historic Leith, our warm and friendly guest house provides access to the fashionable and expanding Shore area. We are only 1.5miles away from Edinburgh City Centre, which can be easily reached in 10minutes by a regular bus service, where you will find attractions such as Edinburgh Castle, Holyrood Palace and St Giles Cathedral. We have seven rooms each with en-suite or private facilities. Every room has a remote controlled TV and hospitality tray. Addition facilities include cot, hairdryers and ironing board. Guests have their own keys and have access to their rooms at all times. The house overlooks picturesque Leith Links. Only a short walk across the Links will take you to the Shore where the wealth of cafes, bistros, bars and restaurants will suit any pocket.
