Exit Heathrow and follow the motorway A408. At the roundabout take the third exit and go through the M4. Then take the A4. Cross Hammersmith and Fulham. Follow the A4. Turn on the left in Great West Road. At the roundabout, take the first exit and go through Hammersmith Bridge Road until leave Hammersmith and Fullham. Go past Kensington until the hotel street.
