The Crown Hotel is an inn steeped in local history. Informality is the order of the day, with huge emphasis on 'good old fashioned hospitality'. Our reputation has grown by providing interesting food using produce from mainly local sources and listing to your comments about this food. You have choices of popping in for a tipple, an overnight stay, or choosing a meal from our varied menus. These menus include a regularly changing a la carte menu, a daily specials menu, our pub fayre menu and the chef's flair if you have a special request or dietary requirements all you need to do is ask. With two bars we can cater for all tastes whether it be the peaceful style of the Squire's Bar, or the traditional old style of the Village Bar.
