About Brook Queensferry Hotel
The Brook Queensferry Hotel is set on the north bank of the beautiful Firth of Forth, overlooking the famous bridges and provides panoramic views of windsurfers and oceangoing vessels on the river, as well as the fields and woodlands beyond. From noblemen to commoners, from Kings to cattle, all had to use the Queens Ferry to cross the Forth river. In the 1870s there was an increasing call for a bridge to be built over the Forth and work began. In the 1970s on the banks of the river, the Brook Queensferry Hotel was built to provide comfortable accommodation for all travellers. The hotel has undergone an extensive refurbishment programme which includes new bedrooms, bar, restaurant area and reception, giving the hotel a contemporary feel. You will find us an ideal base to explore some of Scotlands other fascinating destinations. With Edinburgh City centre some 20 minutes away, or if you are travelling further a field then St Andrew, Stirling, The Trossachs, Glasgow, Perth or Dundee are all within 1 hour of the hotel.
