The Georgian main house dates back to 1754 whilst the adjacent Victorian Coach House (as its name suggests, formerly a stable block) was built just under a century later. Since we first came to The Old Rectory in 1995, the whole property has been tastefully and extensively refurbished creating, we hope, a warm and homely feel.A welcoming log fire awaits you after a days sightseeing or shopping in the winter months, whilst in the summer you can enjoy a leisurely drink or afternoon tea on the pool terrace, or perhaps take a dip in our outdoor pool(unheated)The Old Rectory is conveniently located just a few minutes by bus, car or taxi from Norwich city centre and railway station and Norwich International Airport is about 5 miles away.
