Centrally positioned within the Hoe, but a stones throw from the site of Sir Francis Drakes famous game of bowls, we are within 5 minutes walk from the city centre shops and Theatre Royal, and only 3 minutes from the Pavilions. Plymouth Registry Office is only a minute away and we are roughly the same distance for the sea itself! The Barbican is walkable in 10 minutes, as is the Brittany ferries port, where regular ferries to Roskoff and Santander can be found. There are 11 bright and airy guest bedrooms set over four floors, whilst the informal bar and guest lounge make for a comfortable and homely atmosphere to relax and unwind after the days sightseeing or business meeting. The breakfast room is tastefully decorated and roomy. All meals are freshly cooked to order. Flasks can be made up for day trips on request for PS2.00. Likewise, a variety of sandwiches are also available, but requires a minimum of 12 hours notice. For walkers we provide a service for forwarding on their luggage by taxi. We are also able to dry wet clothes. Guests are provided with a set of keys that allow them access at any time during their stay.
