About Bingham Hotel
Purchased by the Trinder family in 1984 and restored lovingly to its former glory, the Bingham dates in part from 1740. On entering, the visitor is drawn through high-ceilinged rooms with ornate cornices, typical of a Grade II listed Georgian building and into the gracious Walpole Restaurant with its glorious views across gardens down to the Thames. Under the direction of chef Pierre Denoyer, whose exquisite recipes have already been featured in Eden magazine, the Walpole is considered a charming, undiscovered gem by local residents. The hotel comprises 23 individually decorated bedrooms, some with four-posters, most with views of the Thames.
