Park View Guest House offers comfortable friendly accommodation within a few minutes walking distance of Yorks historic city centre. In addition we are conveniently located just 5 minutes away from many of Yorks famous tourist attractions. Park View Guest House itself overlooks Haxby Park and Bowls Field with private off street car parking for up to six vehicles available for guests use. Park View was fully refurbished in 2011 to provide comfortable en-suite accommodation with new furnishings and decoration throughout. As part of the refurbishment a ground floor bedroom has been provided with wide level wheel chair access ideal for the elderly or disabled. Park View offers a selection of high quality rooms from just 30 per adult per night children 20 including breakfast. All our rooms are non-smoking and front door keys are provided to allow 24 hour access.

The historic City of York itself is a truly wonderful place with numerous visitor attractions and places of interest. To the north east of York is the stunning North York Moors National Park with its heritage Yorkshire coast line and to the north west is the equally stunning Yorkshire Dale National Park. Both areas are within easy driving distance of York and a must on any visitor itinerary.
