This single family home has a side by side double garage for up to 2 small/mid-size cars or 1 larger SUV. It has a bright, cheery, beach-style decor and is a happy home and one of our favorites for repeat guests. A great outdoor patio is nicely landscaped for privacy and is a nice spot year round. Mission Bay is located just 40 steps from the house. There is a white, sandy beach and a nice boardwalk for walking, biking, and roller blading. The Bayside tends to be less active than the oceanside of Mission Bay and offers the ability to walk over to the Pacific Ocean in just 3 to 4 minutes.
