This comfortable, clean and family friendly condo is the perfect spot for your mountain getaway. Mountain Side is an ideal location in Frisco where you can walk to charming Main Street for great restaurants and shopping, bike over to the Frisco Pathway that connects to Breckenridge and Copper Mountain, hike up to Rainbow Lake, or hop on the free shuttle bus to world class ski resorts, all without ever getting in your car. This complex is approximately 5 ? 7 blocks from Main Street. Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Keystone and Arapahoe Basin ski resorts are all nearby and a free shuttle bus will get you to the slopes without any parking hassles. Relax after a day of skiing by the cozy fire, and enjoy beautiful mountain views right off your extra large deck. An indoor pool and hot tub plus 3 large outdoor hot tubs are a quick walk from your front door. In the warmer months, Mountain Side also has a tennis court and is a short walk to a fabulous playground and field at the nearby school. Please note the following cleaning fees- 1 bedroom- USD 40.00 1 plus loft and 2 bedroom- USD 55.00 2 plus loft and 3 bedroom- USD 65.00 Check-in is at 4 pm. Please check-in at 1121 Dillon Dam Road. Office is open from 8 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday. Check-out is at 10 am. After Hours- Your packet will be in the lockbox by the front door of the Mountain Managers office. You will receive a combination for the late check in box on your check-in letter.
