Amenities include an outdoor swimming pool and hot tub. A complimentary winter shuttle service is also available to CrossTimbers guests. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. In lieu of a USD 250.00 Security Deposit authorization hold on a credit card at check-in, guests have the option to purchase a Security Deposit Waiver that will cover for accidental damages up to a maximum of USD 5000.00, for a nominal one time fee of USD 29.00. There are no cleaning fees for stays of 3 nights or more. The following cleaning fees will be collected upon check-in for all two night stays - 2 bedroom wDen - USD 35.00, 3 bedroom ? USD 50.00, 4 bedroom USD 65.00. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. 24 hr Check-in service is located at 2150 Resort Drive, Suite 100. Minimum age required at check-in is 21.
