Minimum age required at check-in is 21. For guests staying at the Highmark Steamboat the Security Deposit Waiver is required. In order to provide our guests with peace of mind in the case of unexpected accidents, the Security Deposit Waiver is required for all stays at the Highmark Steamboat. We provide this protection for a nominal fee of USD 29.00. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. 24 hr Check-in service is located at 2525 Village Drive.
