Scandinavian Lodge and Condominiums all come equipped with full kitchen, gas fireplace and a private balcony. There is an outdoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, and great views of the south valley. This property is nestled high alongside beautiful Mt. Werner where our guests enjoy ski-out/walk-in access to Steamboats slopes. During the winter months a complimentary shuttle takes guests to the slopes during the ski day and to town in the evening. Please note that check-in is located at 675 Snap Dragon Way. Cleaning fees - Studio - USD 20.00, 1 bedroom -USD 20.00, 2 bedroom - USD 35.00. There are no cleaning fees for stays longer than 2 nights. A pet fee of USD 50.00 per pet will be collected for all condominiums and townhomes. Guests must check-in/out at Pioneer Ridge Management office located at 675 Snap Dragon Way. Please have confirmation number and valid ID. Check-in time is after 4pm on day of arrival. We try to have every unit ready by 4pm during busy times there may be delays. Refunds not given due to delays. When the guest arrives after hours, they need to go to 675 Snap Dragon Way and pick up the white phone which will automatically dial our security company. The security company will arrive within 10 minutes to check the guest in. A credit card is required for imprint for deposit purposes.
