For added convenience, Mountain Resorts offers a private shuttle to whisk you comfortably to the ski area base or anywhere in Steamboat. The Terraces at EagleRidge combines the elegance of fine country living with the convenience of first class services and amenities. Each of the two, three and three-bedroom plus den residences has private covered outdoor terraces that afford sensational views of the Steamboat ski area and scenic Yampa Valley. After an exciting day on the slopes, relax in the outdoor heated pool or hot tub, or wander the serene Burgess Creek walking path to one of the many fine restaurants and shops of mountain village in Steamboat. Guests at the Terraces have access to complimentary ski lockers in the enclosed garage level of the complex. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. In lieu of a USD 250.00 Security Deposit authorization hold on a credit card at check-in, guests have the option to purchase a Security Deposit Waiver that will cover for accidental damages up to a maximum of USD 5000.00, for a nominal one time fee of USD 29.00. There are no cleaning fees for stays of 3 nights or more. The following cleaning fees will be collected upon check-in for all two night stays - 2 bedroom - USD 35.00, 3 bedroom, 3 plus den ? USD 50.00. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. 24 hr Check-in service is located at 2150 Resort Drive, Suite 100. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. Please have your confirmation number and a valid ID. Check-in at the Mountain Resorts Office- 2145 Resort Drive, Steamboat Springs, CO. In the event the office is closed, use the courtesy phone and follow instructions posted next to the phone located in the entryway.
