The Plantation is surrounded by the warm waters of natural springs at King?s Bay and home to the West Indian Manatee who migrate every winter and curiously interact with the thousands of guests that visit with each year. Plantation is the only place in the world where you can legally swim with the wild Manatee. We have 196 well appointed guest rooms and suites, 27 holes of golf, full service on-site spa, marina and dive shop with on-site scuba diving certification program. We offer boat rentals, guided kayak tours, daily river tours, fitness facility, lagoon style heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi, on-site restaurant and bar as well as room service, volleyball, tennis and shuffle board. We have recently added another 3,000 sq. ft. of meeting space n our Sabal Room which can be split into 4 seperate rooms. The Plantation Inn provides over 13,000 Sq Ft of Meeting Space. The Main Building offers 7 Meeting Rooms, and the Executive Conference Center features the Main Ballroom with dividing Soundwall and two additional Meeting Rooms. Four Hospitality Suites are also available throughout the main building.
