Dolphin Point amenities include a pool and tennis courts. The views of the Harbor are excellent, and with just a two block walk to the beach, Dolphin Point is perfect for boat lovers and beach goers. The 1,200 sq. ft. units are fully equipped and have a laundry facility at the end of each hall. So sit back, relax, watch the boats go by and enjoy the sunset. Minimum age at check-in is 25. Check-in is at 942 Hwy 98 East in Destin. A cleaning fee of USD 80.00 plus tax will be collected at check-in. Check-in is between 3pm and 5pm and check-out is at 10am. Guests must check-in at 842 Hwy 98 East. Some navigation systems list address as 842 Harbor Blvd. There may be unavoidable delays on Saturdays. No refund will be given for any check-in that occurs later than 5pm. Min. age at check-in is 25. If you are arriving after 5pm, please call our office at 1-850-837-0010 prior to your arrival to obtain lock box information.
