Minimum age required at check-in is 25. Please note that an incidental refundable deposit is required. Guests have a choice between a refundable deposit of USD 100.00 on a credit card or USD 200.00 cash, which will be returned at check-out. This deposit applies to all units. Check-in is 3pm and check-out is 10am. A valid ID, credit card, minimum age of 25 and confirmation number are required for check-in. If anticipating late arrival please call 1-239-765-1155 for key box code. Keys will be left in lock box after 10 pm. Fort Myers Beach is a favorite destination for all.
