Other onsite amenties include Club House, Fitness Center, Game Room, Shuffle Board just to name a few. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. Office hours are 9am-7pm Mon-Fri 9am-5pm Sat-Sun. USD 250.00 refundable security deposit required at check-in- credit card. USD 250.00 fine for smoking in the units and USD 350.00 fine for pets in the units. Check-in is 4pm on day of arrival. Check-out is 10am. Please check-in at the front desk. Occupancy limits will be strictly enforced. Limit applies to all ages including infants. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. Check-in office is open 24 hours.
