One of the newest condominium resorts on Perdido Key, this Gulf front high rise boasts a large pool deck on the third floor, with an elevated swimming pool that is heated seasonally and a hot tub overlooking the Gulf waters. A number of floor plans are available, from a studio size up to a 4 bedroom condo. Each unit is professionally decorated and well equipped. Studio units have direct access to the pool and a small kitchen area. The Gulf front condominiums have one, two, three, or four bedrooms. These condos feature spacious interiors, private balconies, fully equipped kitchens, and washers and dryers. The four bedroom condos boast wraparound balconies, whirlpool tubs and two Gulf front master bedrooms. Please note that a USD 111.22 cleaning fee will be collected at check-in. Check-in is 3pm. Check-out is 10am. Check-in at 14112 Perdido Key Drive. Persons booking unit must be over 25 and occupy unit for entire rental period. No singles under 25 w/o guardian.
