The Bennington Motor Inn has 16 guest rooms, 13 of which are located in the main building. 5 of those rooms are upstairs, offering a loftier view of the mountain scenery which is available as well, to guests in the 8 rooms on the lower level. One of those lower floor rooms hosts 2 bedrooms, and sleeps up to 6 guest quite comfortably. The remaining 3 guest rooms are quietly nestled in the rear of the property, and they are appropriately referred to as the Garden Rooms.. Each guest room is individually decorated with bed and breakfast charm, and all rooms are actually located in the same building, which in Vermont Tradition, is arranged in typical add on architecture.
The Bennington Motor Inn is situated on a gentle hillside only 3.5 blocks from downtown Bennington, across from the famous Hemmings Motor News and near the Grandma Moses Museum. Restaurants, churches, shopping, and historic attractions are only a pleasant walk away. The Bennington Motor Inn also offers a great view of the Green Mountains, and Mt. Anthony is right at the back door.
