Here you can visit the two lighthouses at Cape Henry, one of which was the first lighthouse authorized by the U.S. government. Interested in sea life, but want to avoid all the sand? Visit the Virginia Aquarium and Marine Science Center. With wonderful live exhibits and an IMAX Theater, this is a terrific way to spend the day.
