We are an in-town/slopeside property located right along the Four OClock Ski Run only a block and a half from Main Street Breckenridge and just 150 yards from the Snowflake Chairlift. From Pine Ridge, you have easy year-round mountain access while still being within easy walking distance to all the restaurants and shops in town. We are the best value in Breckenridge, offering quality accommodations, a central location and exceptional amenities at competitive rates. At Pine Ridge, our spacious condominiums range from 1,000 to 1,500 square feet and each features Fireplace in the living room, Two full bathrooms, Fully-equipped kitchen, Washer and dryer, Two private balconies, Free WiFi, DVD player, rental library, and private ski locker, On-site free town shuttle stop, and free parking for 2 cars per unit. We also have a 900 square-foot meeting room with a full kitchen and fireplace available for private events for a nightly rental fee. Check-in is at 4 pm. Our office is located on-site at 400 Four O'Clock Rd. Hours of operation are from 8:00AM-6:00PM in the Summer and from 8:00AM-9:00PM during the Winter. Check-out is at 10 am. Please call 1-800-333-8833 in advance to make late arrival arrangements. A late arrivals box is located in the foyer of the office for anyone checking in after office hours. A packet containing keys and directions to the unit will be provided. We are the best Breckenridge vacation rentals value with an in-town ski-in location just 1.5 blocks between Main Street Breckenridge and the Snowflake chairlift. The Four OClock Ski Run lies right alongside the property.
