Crestview Place offers underground parking, elevator access to each floor, two indoor hot tubs and is adjacent to the largest shopping and restaurant outlet in Winter Park. Crestview Place is the most convenient in-town lodging for the Winter Park area and all the vacation attractions it has to offer. There will be additional surcharges for all one night stays. This rate will vary from unit to unit based on size. Minimum check-in age is 21. If your stay is 2 nights or less, a cleaning fee will be collected upon check-in. The fees are- 2BD/2BA- USD 45.00 3BD/2BA- USD 55.00 All guests will need to come to our main office. Check-in time starts at 4pm. The office will have varying office hours throughout the year, but will be open daily from 8am to 5pm. Minimum check-in age is 21. Any guests that will be arriving after office hours will need to obtain the late check-in box combo by calling the office or referring to the posted instructions at the office.
