Family owned and operated since 1960 the Dixie Motel takes pride in its clean and comfortable rooms. A courteous and personal touch will be provided by our staff during your stay. The Dixie Motel is central located one block east of U.S.1 in Cocoa Florida and is a brief walk to the Indian River and historic Cocoa Village famed for its quaint restaurants antique shops and boutiques. The motel complex has 85 total rooms for your comfort. They include efficiencies and suites along with one or two bedroom apartments which are available at weekly and monthly rates.
