From Fort Myers International Airport (RSW): Follow the Terminal Access Road and exit the airport. Turn right onto Treeline Avenue and follow to Daniels Parkway. Turn left onto Daniels Parkway for 5.2 miles, turn left on Summerlin Road for 5.7 miles, and then turn left onto San Carlos Boulevard for 3.2 miles. Veer left once you've gone over the bridge to Fort Myers Beach. Santa Maria Harbour Resort will be 4.5 miles on the left.
