Named for the resorts close proximity to the beautiful emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico, Waters Edge Condominiums hold a prime beachfront location on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach. Each upscale condo at Waters Edge boasts panoramic views of the Gulf, and units are available with one, two, or three bedrooms. In addition to 400 feet of private beachfront, Waters Edge also features one of the largest Gulf front pools on the Emerald Coast. The pool is divided, with the west side heated seasonally for year round enjoyment. Additional resort amenities include a poolside hot tub, fitness room, game room, covered gazebo, picnic area with grills, and free parking. Please note that a USD 128.21 cleaning fee will be collected at check-in. Check-in is 3pm and check-out is 10am. Minimum age required at check-in is 25. Major credit card is required at check-in. Check-in is at 1333 Miracle Strip Pkwy. A lock box procedure is in place, guest will pick up courtesy phone that will call our call center directly. After verifying guests information the agent will give the guest the code for the lock box. Fort Walton Beach appeals to families with attractions such as the Gulfarium and the Emerald Coast Science Center. Meanwhile, the boardwalk and public esplanade lure couples and singles with cocktails and live music overlooking the water.
