Surfside Resort is situated right across the street from the beach, but you will not notice due to the sky bridge that extends over the street from the pool deck to our beautiful beaches. The pool deck includes kiddie pool and hot tub. This is a family resort with many amenities and activities right on site, including a large pool, tiki hut, several hot tubs, tennis and shuffleboard. Other amenities include fitness room, spa, dining, and complimentary beach chairs and umbrella with every rental. Minimum age required at check-in is 25. Our beaches have NOT been impacted by the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico, and our beaches are as beautiful as ever. Do not change your vacation plans when you are fully protected. Counts Oakes Resort Properties is pleased to offer a -Clean Beach Guarantee Program.- No Cancellation Fee- If our beaches are impacted in any way due to the oil spill you can cancel your reservation without any penalty or cancellation fee. Full Refund- If during your stay our area is impacted in any way by the oil spill in the Gulf we will issue you a full refund for the remaining balance of your stay. USD 200 Credit for a Future Stay- In addition to offering a full refund for the remaining balance of your stay we will issue you a USD 200 credit that can be applied towards a future stay. Please note the following fees collected at check-in- housekeeping USD 60-110, reservation 10 percent fee. Check-in time is 4pm. Check-out is at 10am. Please check-in at the front desk at Surfside. Please note that rooms are not guaranteed to be available right away at 4pm. There may be times when access to your unit is delayed due to cleaning or maintenance. Minimum age required at check-in is 25. The resort offers a 24-hour front desk for your convenience. Miramar Beach offers much for the fun seeking traveller. This city offers watersports such as surfing or jet skiing. Visitors can enjoy the bountiful dining options or just relax by golfing or sunbathing.
