Our fully furnished vacation villas offer spacious resort accommodations. Our two bedroom, one bath suites feature a full kitchen, living and dining area, and balcony overlooking Charlotte Harbor. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. Please note, the front desk is open Sunday 8am-3pm, Saturday 8am-7pm, Mon-Fri 8am-5pm. Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am. A credit card is required upon check-in. The reservation should be made in the name of the guest who will be checking in. Unauthorized guests will not be permitted to check in. Minimum age at check-in is 21. Please note, the front desk is open Sunday 8am-3pm, Saturday 8am-7pm, Mon-Fri 8am-5pm. If you are expecting a late check-in, please call us before office closing hours at 1-800-639-0020. We have 24-hour security on site. A security officer can assist you with your late check-in.
