A valid credit card is needed to reserve a guest room during this date. All credit cards used to reserve the room or rooms will be charged for the entire guest stay on February 2nd 2011. This applies to multiple room reservations utilizing the same card for guarantee. All credit cards that decline will be notified via telephone and have 3 business days to provide an alternate method of payment. If a method of payment is not supplied within this window, the reservation will be cancelled. No cancellation or refunds after February 1st 2011. If cancelled after February 1st 2011, Full deposit will be lost. Nothing will be credited back. All other Reservations must be Guaranteed and have a 24 Hour Prior to 4PM Cancel Policy
