Amenities include three swimming pools, an on-site restaurant with award winning food and guest experience that includes opportunity to visit the YMCA Fitness Club for a of charge USD 5.00 a day. The activity area for children includes a putt-putt section and a miniature climbing wall. Our friendly staff will help make the Beachside Colony Resort your home away from home at a reasonable price. Come soak up the Georgia sun. This is a smoke free property. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. There is a resort fee of USD 125.00, a cleaning fee of USD 50.00 for 1 bedroom units and USD 100.00 for 2 and 3 bedroom units, all collected at check-in. There is a USD 35 non-refundable damage waiver fee that applies to stays of 4 nights and longer. Check in is at after 4pm. Check out is at 11am. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. If arriving after hours there is a mailbox conveniently located to the right of the office doors with your check in packet enclosed.
