Each condominium includes air conditioning, washer and dryer, full kitchen and free parking. Check-in is located at the Royal Kuhio at 2240 Kuhio Ave, just three blocks from the resort. Office hours are from 8am-5pm. There is departure cleaning only. USD 50.00 refundable deposit required at check-in. Credit card or cash. USD 250.00 fine for smoking in the units and USD 350.00 fine for pets in the units. Check-in is 4pm. Check-out is 11am. Please check-in at the front desk. Occupancy limits will be strictly enforced. Limit applies to all ages including infants. Check-in is located at the Royal Kuhio at 2240 Kuhio Ave, just three blocks from the resort. The security guard at the Royal Kuhio will provide keys and registration information. Security is 24 hours. Follow parking instructions to avoid towing.
