After viewing these local natural wonders, head to the Jackson Zoo to see amazing creatures from around the world. With over 120 species, the Zoo is the perfect place to learn about new and different species. Be sure to visit the recently renovated Orangutan Exhibit and Wilderness Mississippi. Opened in 2010, the Mississippi Childrens Museum is an ideal learning place for most every child.
