Clubs, Bars, Restaurants, Shopping and Attractions are within a short drive. Convention Center-3 miles, Broadway at the Beach-4 miles, Baseball Fields-4 miles and various Shopping Malls-6 mile radius. The cancellation policy from January 4 to March 3, 2011 and October 9, 2011 to February 28, 2012 is 4pm date of arrival. If not cancelled by that point then the guest will be charged for the first night rent plus tax per room. When a reservation is made from March 4, 2011 to October 8, 2011 the guest will be charged first night room rent plus tax per room as soon as reservation is made. If cancelled 10 day prior to arrival by 4pm then there is a 10 USD cancellation fee per room and if cancelled within 10 days of arrival date then the guest will lose FULL deposit per room. All guest must be 18 years or older to check-in without a parent or legal guardian. Guest between the ages or 18-25 without a parent or legal guardian will be required to pay a 50 USD per person refundable security deposit at check-in All guest must have valid picture identification at check-in. Credit or Debit card are required to confirm your reservation and guarantee your room. All deposit will be charged to card immediately. Balance of the room will be due at check-in. NOTE-all rooms with 1 bed are very SMALL. All standard 2 bed rooms are on the second floor.We have the Sea Crawler,Thorney's and Villa Ramona resturants
