Sand and Sea is the first and friendliest condominium resort hotel in Seaside, Oregon. We are a six-story complex, facing the ocean on Seaside Prom, an 8,000 foot-long concrete boardwalk which provides the perfect venue for unhurried strolls, people watching and spectacular ocean views. Sand and Sea has plenty of free parking, so many guests simply park their cars and walk a block to the shops, restaurants and amusements of Broadway, the historic main street in Seaside. Access to the flat, sandy public beach is just steps away. Sand and Sea features an indoor swimming pool and sauna. The spacious units provide the perfect setting for family reunions, extended stays or stormy wintry weekends in front of the fireplace. Check-in is at 4pm, check-out is at 11am. Minimum age at check-in is 21. Check-in is at 4pm, check-out is at 11am. Please note that rooms are not guaranteed to be available right away at 4pm. There may be times when access to your unit is unavoidably delayed due to cleaning or maintenance issues. You must get a parking permit at the office. Minimum age at check-in is 21.
