Located a half mile up The Parkway from Light 3 in Gatlinburg, our 10 acre resort offers ample free parking for guests and buses. Activities include basketball, volleyball, shuffleboard, bag toss, BBQ picnic grounds, gardens and playground. Swim in our 2 heated outdoor pools. Big kids play in our 8 foot waterfall and little kids love the zero depth access. Or take it easy and sun on our elevated decks and people watch. Relax to the sounds of Greenbrier Creek as it cascades from the National Park, feed the birds from our covered bridge or enjoy the river walk. Hop on the Gatlinburg Trolley or walk to Ripleys Aquarium of the South, Ober Gatlinburg or any number of local attractions and restaurants. Visit the Great Smoky Mountain National Park or Gatlinburgs famous Arts and Crafts Community. Just a short drive away is Dollywood, the Titanic Museum and Dixie Stampede. Shop Til You Drop at the countrys busiest Tanger Outlet as well as other outlet malls. Enjoy our fabulous Brookside Breakfast Bowl. Imagine crispy cottage fries covered in your choice of grilled veggies - onions, mushrooms, green peppers - topped with bacon, fried egg and Colby cheese. Yummy. Complimentary hot breakfast is served from 730 AM - 10 AM. Our rustic, country accommodations are located in three buildings: the 3-story LeConte Tower, the 4-story ClingmanTower or the 2-Story Greenbrier Ranch. The Greenbrier Ranch is pet friendly. Our new 20,000 sq.ft. Event Center provides luxurious space for receptions and meetings. Catering menus available upon request. Guests can also enjoy the state-of-the-art exercise room, guest laundry, Wi-Fi, and meeting room. Our extra large rooms offer cozy beds, a private bathroom, wood-burning fireplace with wood provided in season, and private balcony overlooking Greenbrier Creek. Honeymoon suites and handicap-access rooms are also available. Room amenities include refrigerator, microwave, cable TV, iron and ironing board, free local calls, hairdryer and coffeemaker.
