Gatlinburg Town Square is located in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountain National Park but within walking distance of Downtown Gatlinburg. Come and stay with us in our rustic condos. We offer studio units, one bedroom and two bedroom units. We also have an activities director for on property activities. We have an indoor pool and an outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub, small play area for children, man made waterfall on property and a basketball court. A few blocks away, there is a park with a baseball diamond and tennis courts. The Trolley runs right in front of the resort for your convenience. Check-in is located at 515 Historic Nature Trail in Gatlinburg. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. There is departure cleaning only. Check-in is available 24 hours/7 days a week. A drivers license, major cc and USD 100.00 deposit in either cash or cc are required. Cash returned at check-out, cc refunded within 7 days. Check-in is at 515 Historic Nature Trail. Minimum check-in age 21. The front desk is open 24 hours/7 days a week. If you plan to arrive after midnight, please contact the front desk at 1-865-436-2039 so we may notate your reservation for you so you are not charged as a no-show and your reservation cancelled. Gatlinburg Tennessee is a world of arts and crafts shops. Downtown Gatlinburg is full of shops and eateries. A few things available are Ripleys -Believe it or Not- Museum and Ripleys Aquarium of the Smokies. Dollywood is also only eight miles away.
