About First Fairway

This professionally managed resort is located near scenic Lake Conroe. First Fairway offers golf, a swimming pool, and hot tub. The championship golf course was co-designed by PGA pro Bruce Devlin. Golf fees apply. The resort also has two excellent restaurants for your dining pleasure. Boat rentals are available at the Walden Marina and also the Del Lago complex. There will be an approximate fee of USD 30.00 per person plus cart fees to play at Walden Golf Course. Some units are located on the second level and there are no elevators. A car is recommended to enjoy the area. Pets are not allowed. Please note that during Spring break - weeks 9-12 of each year, a USD 500 cash deposit is required for all rentals. If you will be arriving after standard business hours, please call the main office at 936-852-4477, at lease 24 hours prior to arrival. Opportunities to golf, shop, swim, play a game of tennis, or just unwind with a good book all await you at Lake Conroe in Montgomery. Boat rentals are available at the Walden Marina and also the Del Lago complex. Houston is just an hour from the resort and makes a great side trip.
