Settle yourself in one of twenty eight individually designed rooms and suites. All guests will enjoy a sumptuous retreat with period antiques- European bath amenities and luxurious bed linens. Each room is themed in the style of a different European province- not only in the selection of colors and furnishings but also its decor and ambiance. All rooms have a wood burning fireplace- individual floor designs from Spanish tiles to walnut parquet- ten foot ceilings and king size beds. The style of each room reflects not only a different geographical area but also different periods of history. Wedmore Place also has a fine dining restaurant called Cafe Provencal- serving creative- French inspired cuisine with a peaceful relaxing atmosphere. Guests can enjoy a complementary Tour and Wine Tasting next door at the Williamsburg Winery and wake each morning to a fine European style continental breakfast.

Wedmore Place is located on Wessex Hundred- a 300 acre farm settled in 1615. The farm overlooking the James River- is near Jamestown which with Yorktown and Williamsburg make up the -Historic Triangle. Wedmore Place is also just 3 miles from Virginias historic capital- Colonial Williamsburg.
