The hotel was built in 1976 and completely renovated *only interiors rooms/common areas/meeting rooms* in the last 5 years This renovation is not finished yet the last block of rooms will be renovated during the year 2009. Its a 4-star hotel. featuring about 700 guest rooms, divided in two categories: standard and superior. There are rooms with either one big bed *queen or king size* or two separate beds *twin room*. They are available for single or double occupancy. A few superior rooms have a sofabed and can be used as triple rooms for families with young children. All the rooms have private services, telephones with the outside line, high-speed internet connection, LCD TV, air conditioning, hairdryer, safety box and minibar. The Four Seasons Restaurants cuisine offers international and Italian dishes , guaranteed by the high quality of the ingredients used, mostly coming from the property farms in Tuscany and Umbria. During their stay in the Ergife Palace Hotel our guests can relax having a drink at the Atrium Bar, in the lobby area, or at the Pyramide Bar, in the area close to our olympic-size swimming pool *open from May to September*.
