Built in 2000 and renovated in 2003, this complex consists of a 3-storey main building and 150 apartments. The air-conditioned main building has a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a currency exchange desk and a lift. Additional facilities include a supermarket, a bar, a nightclub, a games room, a TV room and an air-conditioned A  la carte restaurant with a non-smoking area (highchairs available on request). A conference room and public Internet also terminal feature within the complex as well as bicycle hire and storage. Car parking facilities are available for those arriving by car. For younger guests there is a playground and children's club available. Laundry services as well as medical assistance, round off the amenities on offer.
